We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Grounds Maintenance Worker to help maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept property. This role is critical to upholding the overall appearance and cleanliness of the facility, including roadways, buildings, and surrounding grounds.

Qualifications

• Must be able to consistently fulfill assigned work schedule, including overtime when required

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Stable work history, preferably in an industrial or facilities environment

• Must have reliable transportation

• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to operational policies and procedures

• Positive attitude and a strong team player

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities

• Keep roadways and property grounds clear of debris on a daily basis

• Perform regular upkeep of buildings and grounds, including trash removal and general cleaning

• Responsible for mowing grass and using weed eaters to maintain landscaping

• Follow all required safety protocols and procedures

• Cross-train in other duties as needed and assist in other departments when requested

• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by supervisors or managers

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift and stack items weighing 15–20 lbs

• Work requires frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and reaching

• May involve climbing ladders and staircases

• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
