Job Summary:

Partners Personnel is hiring immediately for an experienced Forklift Operator to work in a busy pipe yard environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy industrial forklifts and handling pipe materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy-duty industrial forklifts (25,000 lbs+ capacity)

• Load and unload trucks, verify shipments, and check in materials

• Move and organize pipe and related materials (carbon & stainless steel)

• Store materials according to organizational standards

• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accuracy

• Assist in shipping and receiving processes as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Comply with all safety and operational procedures

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of forklift experience in a pipe yard or similar industrial setting (moving 20 ft - 40 ft pipes)

• Experience handling pipe materials is required; carbon and stainless steel preferred

• Valid Forklift Certification (must be up to date)

• Ability to consistently lift and carry 10–100 lbs without assistance

• Ability to walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and lift for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
