Job Title: Powder Coat Racker
Location: Honeoye Falls, NY
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
Pay Range: $18.50 – $20.35 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, with some overtime

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Powder Coat Rackers to join our team in Honeoye Falls, NY. As a Powder Coat Racker, you will play a key role in the finishing process by preparing and hanging metal parts for powder coating. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that requires attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hang, rack, and un-rack metal parts for the powder coating process

• Visually inspect parts for quality and proper preparation before coating

• Ensure proper placement and spacing on racks to allow even coverage

• Clean and prep parts as needed to meet quality standards

• Safely move racks through the coating and curing areas

• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous manufacturing or coating experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

• Willingness to work assigned shift and occasional overtime

• Reliable attendance and a team-oriented attitude

Shift Details:

• 1st Shift: ~6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: ~2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: ~10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
