Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing outgoing shipments, verifying orders, and ensuring that all items are packed and labeled correctly. This role plays a critical part in maintaining our supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and package items for shipment according to company standards and customer requirements

• Verify the accuracy of orders before shipping (items, quantities, destination)

• Print and attach shipping labels and documentation

• Load packages onto trucks or delivery vehicles safely and efficiently

• Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups

• Track shipments and update internal systems with tracking information

• Inspect packaging materials and shipping containers for damage

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow company safety procedures and guidelines at all times

• Perform other warehouse or logistics-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Prior warehouse or shipping experience preferred

• Familiarity with shipping software and inventory systems is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
