Position: Material Handler – Picking & Packing
Department: Warehouse Operations
Location: MGA Entertainment – Hesperia, CA

Position Summary

MGA Entertainment is looking for dependable and motivated Material Handlers to join our Picking & Packing team. This position is responsible for accurately picking customer orders, packing products for shipment, and maintaining inventory accuracy while working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to meeting productivity and quality standards.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners or pick lists.
• Pack products according to company quality and shipping standards.
• Inspect merchandise for damage or defects before packing.
• Label, seal, and prepare cartons for shipment.
• Verify item quantities and product information for order accuracy.
• Sort, organize, and stage products for shipping.
• Replenish inventory and assist with stock organization.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and attendance expectations.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in distribution, fulfillment, or e-commerce warehouses.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Continuous standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required based on business needs.
• Must wear required PPE and follow all warehouse safety guidelines.
