Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Salary: $16–$20/hour based on experience.
Job Responsibilities

Accurately enter data into company databases and systems.

Verify and cross-check data for errors or inconsistencies.

Maintain confidentiality and security of company information.

Update and maintain existing data records.

Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

Work closely with team members to gather and input information.

Meet deadlines and productivity targets consistently.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required).

Proven experience in data entry or related administrative role preferred.

Excellent typing skills (minimum 40 WPM recommended).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and/or Google Workspace.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
