As a Production Team Member, you’ll play a key role in packing, stacking, and shipping products with precision and care, helping ensure that every order leaves on time and in perfect condition. Your attention to detail and team spirit will keep the line moving and the quality standards high—all while working in a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Ability to pick and pack products accurately, meeting quality checks with confidence
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and staying on your feet during shifts
- Strong eye for detail plus a team player mindset
- Dependable attendance and punctuality — your reliability keeps the line flowing smoothly
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed

- Previous experience in warehouse or production settings

Education & Experience:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. We value your enthusiasm and work ethic most. If you have some experience in production or warehouse environments, that’s a great plus.
Additional Must-Haves:
- Ability to pass a basic background check
- Commitment to wearing provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and appropriate closed-toe shoes
- Compliance with dress code: no jewelry, shorts, or clothing with holes allowed on the production floor
