- Ability to read and comprehend Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures.

- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and techniques.
- An understanding of best practices in production efficiency and safety protocols.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A background in manufacturing with hands-on experience is preferred.
- Related certifications in machine operation are a plus.
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to regularly stand, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
