Key Responsibilities:

• Packaging: Accurately and efficiently pack cocoa products into designated containers, boxes, or packaging materials.
• Labeling: Apply labels and seals to finished products in accordance with company standards.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for defects or irregularities, ensuring they meet the company’s quality and safety standards.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management by ensuring all packed items are properly stored and accounted for.
• Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized packing area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with production and quality control teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior experience in packaging or production roles (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic math skills for accurate labeling and inventory tracking.
• Ability to lift and move boxes or containers of various weights (up to 25kg).
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations in a production setting.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to bend, lift, and carry items regularly.
• Comfortable working in a factory/production environment.
