Job Title: Weigh & Compounder – 2nd Shift
Location: Fullerton, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.75 per hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weigh & Compounder to join our 2nd shift team at our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Fullerton. This role plays a vital part in our production process by accurately measuring, mixing, and preparing raw materials for formulation, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately weigh raw materials using digital and manual scales according to batch records and formulations

• Compound (mix) ingredients following strict procedures and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines

• Record all data and activities in logs and batch records with accuracy and attention to detail

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Wear appropriate PPE, including steel-toe shoes, as required

• Assist in inventory control and materials handling as needed

• Work collaboratively with the production team and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or compounding environment preferred (especially pharmaceutical or food industries)

• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions

• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

• Basic math and measurement skills

• Commitment to safety, quality, and cleanliness

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to work the full shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

• Steel-toe shoes required on-site
