Job Title: Production Worker – Fiberglass & Injection Molding

Location: Fullerton, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour, DOE

We are a plastic manufacturing company located in Fullerton, CA, specializing in automotive parts made from fiberglass and injection molding. We are currently looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our production team.

Job Description:
The Production Worker is responsible for assisting in the production of fiberglass and injection-molded automotive parts. This hands-on role includes sanding, grinding, trimming, and deburring parts to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sanders, grinders, and other deburring tools to finish plastic and fiberglass parts

• Trim, clean, and inspect molded components for defects

• Assist in fiberglass lay-up and part preparation as needed

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

• Work effectively with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Must have experience using sanding, grinding, and other hand or power tools

• Previous experience in plastic or fiberglass manufacturing is a plus

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Attention to detail and strong work ethic

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
