Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in production.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CNC machines to produce parts according to specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

• Perform machine setups, adjustments, and tool changes as needed.

• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

• Troubleshoot minor issues and report major mechanical problems to maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of CNC machine operating experience (preferred).

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Basic math skills and ability to use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
