Are you ready to be an essential part of a bustling manufacturing environment? Our local Fresno plant is seeking motivated Warehouse Associates to join on a temp-to-hire basis. This role offers steady weekday hours plus weekend shifts and overtime when needed, with a competitive pay rate of $17.25/hr. As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations—handling tasks like sorting, stacking, stocking, and inspecting products to keep everything running smoothly.
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience
- Comfortable operating forklifts, cranes, or similar equipment
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with packaging and order fulfillment procedures
- Experience with inventory management or quality inspections
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed
- Reliable transportation to Fresno location
