A local company in Fresno, CA is now hiring a Human Resources Coordinator. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Pay range : $24-28 depending on experience
Schedule: Must be available for all 3 shifts.

Duties may entail but not limited to the following:
Lead the recruiting process for Plant hourly and various salaried positions using approved resources
Maintain employee human resource files within our HRIS.
Assist with Employee Relations process.
Assist Health & Safety professional with Worker’s Compensation incident reporting, training, and record keeping.
Serve as point person for employees regarding FMLA and other leave issues. Actively assist with audits.
Assist with administration of required training courses.
Participate in and assist HR Operations team with implementing policy, procedures, and practices involving the Human Resource function.
Other duties as assigned HR Manager

Previous HR experience
