Leads / Supervisors
Responsibilities:

Oversee daily packing line operations

Assign tasks and support production staff

Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards

Train new employees and enforce company policies

Communicate with management about production goals and issues
Requirements:

Previous lead or supervisory experience in a packing house or food production environment

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced setting

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
