Position Overview
The Data Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing, interpreting, and visualizing data to support strategic initiatives across various departments. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of supply chain operations within the automotive parts industry.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in SQL, Python, and BI tools while demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
? Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts, and distribution efficiency across North America.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau for cross-functional teams.
- Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to order accuracy, fill rates, and supply chain performance.
? Supply Chain Optimization:
- Collaborate with the Logistics, Sales, and Operations teams to identify inefficiencies and propose data-backed solutions.
- Utilize historical data to forecast demand, reduce excess inventory, and enhance order fulfillment performance.
? Data Integrity & Governance:
- Maintain data integrity and accuracy across ERP, WMS, and CRM systems.
- Develop data validation processes to identify discrepancies and ensure clean, reliable datasets.
? Collaborative Insights:
- Work closely with IT and Business Intelligence teams to develop automated reporting processes.
- Partner with leadership to translate complex data insights into practical, business-friendly recommendations.
? Process Improvement:
- Evaluate and optimize existing data models and develop new models to support evolving business needs.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support executive decision-making and operational improvements.
