Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Bakery Worker / Cake Decorator to join our fast-paced bakery team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with food, has an eye for detail, and is comfortable working efficiently in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Decorate cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and other baked goods according to bakery standards and customer orders.
• Prepare and assemble bakery products while maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
• Assist with general bakery production and daily kitchen duties.
• Keep workstations, equipment, and preparation areas clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Wash and sanitize baking pans, utensils, mixing bowls, and other equipment.
• Properly store ingredients and supplies and help maintain an organized inventory.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized bakery throughout the workday.
• Work efficiently while handling multiple tasks and customer orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist other bakery team members as needed to ensure daily production goals are met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Previous bakery or cake decorating experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in the appearance of finished products.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and washing dishes and pans.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and follow bakery procedures and food safety standards.
