Job Title: Skilled Equipment Operator - Crown High Reach
Overview:
Join our dynamic team in Fontana, CA, as a Crown High Reach Operator! In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our operations, utilizing your expertise to ensure efficient movement of materials throughout our facility. Required Skills:
- Proven experience operating Crown high reach forklifts or similar equipment.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to perform basic maintenance checks on equipment.
- Excellent spatial awareness and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certification to operate forklifts or other warehouse machinery.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Previous experience in inventory management or logistics.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in equipment operation or warehouse settings.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and potentially overtime during peak periods.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
