Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Robotic Welder to join our manufacturing team in Flowery Branch, GA. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality metal components according to specifications and production schedules.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with robotic welding systems, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate robotic welding machines (Fanuc, Lincoln, OTC, or similar systems)

• Load and position parts in fixtures accurately

• Monitor welding processes to ensure quality and efficiency

• Inspect finished welds for defects and compliance with specifications

• Make basic programming adjustments as needed

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• Experience with MIG welding required

• Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols

• Familiarity with measuring tools (calipers, gauges, tape measures)

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
