Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual Call Center Representative fluent in French and English to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and/or outbound calls while delivering professional and accurate support.
Canadian French or Parisian (France) French proficiency is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in French and English
- Resolve customer inquiries and document interactions accurately
- Maintain professionalism and empathy on all calls
- Meet performance, quality, and attendance metrics
- Follow company policies and data privacy guidelines
- Escalate complex issues as needed
Qualifications:
- Fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
- Canadian French or Parisian French preferred
- Call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
