Key Responsibilities:

• Pick customer orders accurately based on picking lists or electronic scanners.

• Pack orders safely and securely using appropriate packaging materials.

• Label packages correctly and ensure proper documentation accompanies each shipment.

• Inspect items for damage or defects and report any issues to the supervisor.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and warehouse.

• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment when required.

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.

• Follow all safety and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus but not required

• Ability to lift up to [30-50 lbs] and stand for extended periods

• Basic math and reading skills

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced warehouse environment

• May involve standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive movements

• Temperature variations depending on warehouse conditions
