Sit-Down Forklift Operator – RL Jones Warehouse (East El Paso)

Position Title: Sit-Down Forklift Operator
Location: East Side of El Paso, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $11.50 – $12.00 per hour
Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay
Benefits: Medical benefits available starting Day 1

Job Summary

RL Jones Warehouse is seeking reliable and safety-focused Sit-Down Forklift Operators to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for moving, loading, unloading, and organizing materials while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Essential Job Duties

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently

• Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas

• Transport products throughout the warehouse

• Stack, organize, and store inventory in designated locations

• Assist with order picking and staging shipments as needed

• Perform routine equipment inspections and report any issues

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area

• Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures

• Work closely with warehouse supervisors and team members to meet production goals

Job Requirements

• Previous sit-down forklift experience preferred

• Ability to pass forklift safety evaluation (if required)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Strong attention to safety and detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
