Forklift Operator 

Responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and organize HVAC products and warehouse inventory. Accurately pick and stage customer orders, receive incoming shipments, verify inventory, and maintain organized storage locations. Assist with shipping and receiving, perform routine equipment inspections, and follow all OSHA and company safety procedures. Work closely with warehouse staff and drivers to ensure timely order fulfillment while maintaining a clean, efficient, and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload delivery trucks.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders accurately.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift and warehouse experience preferred.
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer and inventory management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
