Partners Personnel is seeking reliable Machine Operator Assistants to join a manufacturing team in a fast-paced production environment located in Dupo, IL. This role involves working with machines that produce plastic materials used across various industries.
Job Title: Machine Operator Assistant
Pay Rate: $19.65 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 2nd Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Training will be completed on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) at $19.00/hr before transitioning to 2nd shift
Position Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators with production process
- Monitor machines and help keep production running smoothly
- Check product quality and ensure standards are met
- Assist with packaging and material handling
- Operate a forklift as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures
Requirements
- 1–3 years of machine operator experience preferred, but not required
- Forklift experience required
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Must have own transportation (no exceptions)
- Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced production environment
