This role is responsible for inspecting and verifying outgoing orders, ensuring all products, quantities, and specifications match customer requirements. The Order Checker plays a critical role in maintaining quality standards and supporting accurate, error-free order fulfillment.

Job Duties:
- Verify all outgoing orders match customer order specifications, quantities, and product requirements.
- Inspect orders for missing, damaged, or incorrect items before shipment or customer pickup.
- Report discrepancies, shortages, or quality issues to management promptly for resolution.
- Ensure all orders are complete, accurate, and properly prepared prior to release.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while following established quality control procedures.
- Support customer satisfaction by helping ensure accurate and error-free order fulfillment.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, order checking, quality control, shipping, or inventory experience preferred.
- Ability to accurately count, inspect, and verify products and quantities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
