Partners Personnel is seeking reliable and motivated Picker/Packers to join a fast-paced warehouse team. This role is responsible for order fulfillment, shipping, pallet building, inventory replenishment, and accurate product handling using RF scanners and warehouse equipment.
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Schedule: Monday–Friday| 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM + OT and Saturday as needed
Pay Rate: $15.50/hr.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
- Build and wrap pallets for outbound shipments
- Use RF scanners to track inventory and replenish stock
- Perform shipping, sorting, labeling, and staging of bulk orders
- Conduct cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Ensure product quality and shipment integrity
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist warehouse leads and management with additional tasks
- Support other departments as business needs require
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
- Experience using RF scanners
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and move throughout the shift
- Strong attendance and punctuality required
