Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Denver, CO 
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 7:30am to 3:30pm

Job Duties:

• Answer phone calls throughout the day, respond to customer e-mails
• Maintain face-to-face relationships with customers by promoting products -
• Providing day-to-day assistance
• Receive and process requests directly from customers for price quotations, product availability, orders, product information, order changes, and cancellations 

Bonus:
Warehouse, dispatch, inventory, shipping & receiving knowledge

Job Requirements:

• Customer Service Rep experience is required
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook
• Google sheets
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail, scheduling
• Team player, willingness to learn systems, critical thinking skills, solution driven, punctual, dependable and consistent.
