Overview:
Join our dynamic team at Partners Personnel. as a Fulfillment Associate on our 1st Shift - Donut Shift! In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every order is fulfilled with precision and care. Under the guidance of your Fulfillment Team Lead, you'll pick, pack, and ship products vital to our customers' needs. Help us create a seamless shopping experience, all while enjoying the energetic atmosphere of our fulfillment center. Required Skills:

• Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy
• Proficient in using RF scan guns for item picking
• Ability to package and label items correctly
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with team leads and associates
• Basic organizational skills to maintain a clean and safe work environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience operating pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Knowledge of plumbing, heating, HVAC, or electrical supplies

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is highly desirable

Other Requirements:

• Ability to lift packages of varying weights and sizes
• Flexibility to assist in other departments as needed
