Job Title: Collation Associate
Location: Dayton, NJ
Department: Warehouse/Production
Pay Rate: $18.00 hr.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (includes one 30-minute break and two 15-minute breaks)

Job Summary

The Collation Associate is responsible for efficiently sorting, staging, and organizing finished goods onto pallets in accordance with production specifications and customer requirements. This role supports the integrity of outgoing products and plays a critical part in maintaining smooth warehouse operations and readiness for shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately sort and arrange product cases onto pallets per specified configurations.

• Verify product codes, packaging, and quantities to ensure compliance with orders.

• Identify and remove damaged or defective products prior to collation.

• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace to support food safety, quality, and operational standards.

• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and pallet jacks/manual handling techniques.

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production timelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or packaging environment preferred.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

• Basic math skills and accurate counting abilities required.

• Forklift certification or experience is a plus.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse setting with consistent physical activity.

• Compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols is mandatory.

• PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided and required during all shifts.
