 What You’ll Do:

• Pick and prepare large steel orders based on customer specs (length, thickness, finish)
• Operate equipment like overhead cranes, forklifts, saws, and lasers
• Measure and cut materials with precision
• Pack and stage orders for shipment
• Stay active and work as part of a tight-knit team

• Start on 1st shift for training (up to 1 month)
• Move to 2nd shift once fully trained

• Basic math and fraction skills
• Ability to read measuring tools
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork
• Basic computer skills
