We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Production Associate to join our team in manufacturing aluminum bottles. This role involves operating machinery, inspecting products, and ensuring high-quality standards are met. Job Title: Production Associate – Aluminum Bottle Products
Department: Manufacturing/Production
Pay Rate- $16.50

Schedule- Monday- Friday 6am-2:30pm
Employment Type: Full-Time 

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Operate and monitor equipment used in the production of aluminum bottles, including stamping, molding, and finishing machinery.
• Quality Control: Inspect bottles for defects such as dents, scratches, or uneven finishes, ensuring they meet quality specifications.
• Material Handling: Load aluminum materials into machines and handle finished products with care.
• Assembly and Finishing: Assist in assembling components, applying coatings, or adding labels as required.
• Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to workplace safety standards.
• Packaging: Pack finished bottles into boxes or containers, ensuring proper labeling and secure packaging for shipping.
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate production logs, including counts, defects, and machine adjustments.
• Collaboration: Work with team members to meet daily production goals and resolve operational challenges.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, particularly with aluminum or metal products, is preferred but not required.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of machinery and ability to learn equipment operation quickly.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to [X lbs], stand or walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks in a production environment.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality and precision in all production tasks.
• Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot minor issues with machinery or production processes.
