Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in the plastic manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, handling plastic materials and products, and ensuring accurate inventory management.

Salary: [Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm Overtime required]
Pay Rate : $19.00
Dress Code: Pants must go down to ankle, No Ripped Clothing, Shirt sleeve must be a minimum of 3 inches, Jewelry is not permitted on the production floor. No False Eyelashes false fingernails, or fingernail polish which can contaminate bottles if they become dislodged is prohibited.
Safety notes: Steel toes shoes required
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store plastic raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Prepare products for shipping by packing, labeling, and organizing plastic products.
- Maintain inventory of plastic items and raw materials, ensuring proper stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) to move products safely.
- Handle and dispose of plastic products according to industry safety standards.
- Assist in quality control processes by ensuring products meet specifications.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Perform routine stock checks and assist with cycle counting and inventory audits.
- Follow safety guidelines and company policies at all times, including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, preferably in the plastic or materials handling industry.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to [45] pounds) and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and inventory.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) – certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Basic math skills and the ability to track inventory.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of safety practices related to plastic products and warehouse operations is a plus.
