Required Skills:
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose battery issues accurately
- Experience with disassembling and reassembling battery packs using hand tools
- Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to safety with the ability to follow and model all safety procedures
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks involving sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and stooping
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in refurbishing vehicle batteries
- Familiarity with battery testing equipment and diagnostic tools
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and circuits
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in battery maintenance, electronics, or related technical fields preferred
- Mechanical aptitude with hands-on technical experience a strong plus
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 11:30 PM – 7:00 AM shift
- Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols and participate actively in safety programs
