We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic logistics team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products—specifically clothes and shoes—are efficiently picked, packed, and prepared for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pick and pack clothing items and footwear, ensuring accuracy and quality in each order.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Stand for extended periods while performing tasks; maintain a quick pace to meet daily productivity goals.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve warehouse operations.
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products in designated areas.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while performing duties.

Qualifications:

• No previous experience required, but a background in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred.
• Ability to stand for the entirety of shifts and perform repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
