Human Resources Coordinator

Pay: $22–$23 per hour
Schedule: Hybrid | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: HR Manager
Classification: Non?Exempt

Job Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator supports daily HR operations at our Retail Rush facility. This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations in a fast?paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail?oriented, and passionate about Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support site leadership with HR policies and procedures
  • Respond to employee and HR-related inquiries
  • Assist with recruiting, staffing agencies, and temp?to?perm conversions
  • Conduct new hire and safety orientations
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support payroll, including timecard reconciliation and approvals
  • Assist with performance management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Support special HR projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in HR or related field required (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • HR Coordinator I: 1–2 years of HR/admin experience (payroll preferred)
  • HR Coordinator II: 2+ years of HR/admin experience with payroll required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills

Work Environment

  • Warehouse environment with varying temperatures
  • Must be able to wear closed?toe shoes and stand/walk for extended periods
