Industrial Maintenance Technician

Are you an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician who enjoys troubleshooting complex equipment and keeping production running smoothly? We're looking for a skilled professional with strong electrical and mechanical experience to support our manufacturing operations.

This is a hands-on role where you'll diagnose equipment issues, perform repairs, work with advanced machinery, and contribute to continuous improvement projects in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Analyze and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
• Diagnose and repair equipment operating on systems ranging from 5VDC to 480V/3-Phase
• Modify and troubleshoot PLC programs to support production needs
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot CNC and automated manufacturing equipment
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance using a CMMS system
• Partner with Engineering and Production teams to improve equipment performance and reliability
• Complete maintenance work orders and projects accurately and on time
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow all safety procedures

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of Industrial Maintenance experience (not facilities maintenance)
• Experience working with low-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems up to 480V/3-Phase
• Ability to use electrical testing equipment and meters
• Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred
• Experience with CNC equipment and automated production machinery is a plus
• Apprenticeship, maintenance training program, or equivalent hands-on experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in glass tempering or insulated glass manufacturing
• Familiarity with equipment manufacturers such as Forel, GED, Ashton, Glaston, Biesse, or Flow
• Continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset

Physical & Work Requirements

• Ability to climb, work in elevated areas, and access tight spaces around machinery
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexible to work various shifts, overtime, and production schedules as needed
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and attendance

Pay: $28-34/hr - Overtime Available & Weekly Pay!
