NOW HIRING: General Laborer / Machine Operator

2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
$21.00/Hour + Overtime

Looking for a hands-on career with a growing manufacturer? We're hiring dependable, motivated individuals to join our production team. This is a physically active role ideal for candidates who enjoy working with machinery, building products, and staying busy throughout the shift.

What You'll Do:

• Operate and monitor production machinery
• Load and unload materials into machines
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Assemble and build products using hand and power tools
• Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility
• Perform heavy lifting throughout the shift
• Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, including areas with elevated temperatures
• Help maintain a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to perform heavy, repetitive lifting
• Comfortable working in a warm/hot manufacturing environment
• Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
• Construction, roofing, landscaping, or other hands-on labor experience is a plus
• Forklift experience is a plus
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• Mandatory overtime as needed
• Occasional Saturday shifts
