Employment Type: Temp to hire!!
Pay rate 15.00-18.00, depending on skills and experience.
Position Summary:
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Workers to join our team in a fast-paced medical supply distribution center. You will play a key role in ensuring that hospitals and healthcare facilities receive accurate, timely, and compliant deliveries of essential medical products.
This position involves picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks with a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and cleanliness, due to the sensitive nature of the items being handled.
Key Responsibilities:

Pick and pack hospital and medical supply orders according to packing lists and shipping procedures

Receive, inspect, and store incoming medical products and supplies

Ensure accuracy of inventory by performing regular cycle counts and inventory checks

Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and barcode scanners

Label, wrap, and prepare orders for shipping according to hospital or carrier requirements

Follow all safety protocols and hygiene standards required in a medical supply environment

Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with regulatory guidelines (e.g., OSHA, FDA)

Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks

Communicate with supervisors or team leads regarding shortages, damages, or shipment delays

Support other warehouse tasks and cross-functional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Previous warehouse experience preferred, especially in medical or regulated environments

Ability to lift to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Basic math and reading skills

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to be trained)

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines
Preferred Experience:

Experience handling medical supplies or working in a healthcare distribution center

Knowledge of inventory systems and barcode scanning technology

Understanding of sterile, temperature-sensitive, or hazardous product handling
