Shift: Starts on 1st shift; transitions to 2nd shift after training

Job Summary:
Are you a dependable, hardworking individual looking for an opportunity in a fast-paced industrial or warehouse setting? We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team! In this role, you’ll engage in a variety of essential manual labor tasks, assist skilled tradespeople, and help maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials and equipment efficiently.
• Assist skilled tradespeople and machine operators in day-to-day tasks.
• Clean and prepare work areas by removing debris and hazards to ensure a safe workspace.
• Set up and dismantle temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
• Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Report any safety violations or hazards promptly.
• Perform general site maintenance and cleanup to support workflow.
• Transition to the second shift after completing training.

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Willingness to work in varying weather and environmental conditions.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality are non-negotiable!
• Must be able to follow instructions and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• No formal education is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.

Work Environment:

• Work will take place in an industrial, warehouse, or construction site setting.
• You should be prepared for exposure to noise, dust, and outdoor conditions.
• Flexibility regarding shift work is essential as you may be required to transition to different shifts.
