| The Warehouse Supervisor reports to the Director of Manufacturing Operations. This individual possesses detailed knowledge of the assembly, packing and shipping departments as well as receiving and the procedures that entails for each department. The Supervisor provides Positive Leadership and Supervision to all of the department’s Employees. This Individual is responsible for all assembly and shipping schedules and provides clear communication between all departments including Engineering, Fabrication and Finishing. The manager will also work diligently to reduce cost and implement LEAN MANUFACTURING Initiatives and all Safety Rules and Regulations. As a leader, all of the above will be done in alignment with the Mission, Values, and Vision of the organization to a level of leadership that serves as an example for all others to follow. |
