Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Data Generalist to support daily warehouse operations through accurate data entry and inventory tracking. This role plays a key part in maintaining organized and up-to-date inventory records in a fast-paced steel warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily data entry related to inventory movement and stock levels
• Maintain accurate inventory records within internal systems
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Verify incoming and outgoing materials against system records
• Communicate discrepancies and assist with resolving inventory issues
• Support warehouse team with administrative and computer-based tasks

Qualifications:

• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, spreadsheets)
• Comfortable with general computer use and warehouse systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Previous inventory or data entry experience preferred but not required

• Warehouse setting (steel products)
• Combination of office/data entry work and light warehouse interaction
