Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented General Laborer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will operate and monitor robotic welding equipment to ensure high-quality welds and consistent output. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow safety guidelines, and a commitment to maintaining production standards.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts from welding fixtures

• Inspect welded parts for defects and verify quality standards

• Perform basic adjustments or minor programming on robotic welders

• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company policies

• Report any malfunctions, quality issues, or equipment concerns to supervisors

• Assist with routine maintenance or troubleshooting of welding equipment

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow basic work instructions

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Willingness to follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
