Job Title: Machine Operator Helper

Job Summary:

The Machine Operator Helper assists machine operators in the setup, operation, and maintenance of production machinery. This role ensures efficient production flow by preparing materials, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting machine operators with various tasks to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist machine operators with starting, stopping, and monitoring machinery.

• Load raw materials and unload finished products from machines.

• Perform basic quality checks on products and remove defective items.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Help troubleshoot minor machine issues and report mechanical problems.

• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

• Accurately document production data and report any inconsistencies.

• Support other production tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to follow instructions, both verbal and written.

• Strong work ethic and reliability.

• Physically able to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Working Conditions:

• Industrial/manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and machinery.

• Shift work may be required (day, night, weekends).

• May involve lifting up to [40] lbs and working in various temperatures.
