Job Title: Stacking Machine Operator

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Stacking Machine Operator! Under the guidance of the Casting/Mixer Lead, you will play a vital role in setting up and operating our stacking machine, ensuring the highest quality of dielectric material sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the stacking machine according to the specified traveler instructions.
• Stack sheets of dielectric material, maintaining adherence to build-up designs and dielectric types.
• Interpret travelers and locate program files for accurate SPC Data Entry.
• Conduct inspections of stacked bars using a microscope to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, performing housekeeping tasks as assigned.
• Participate in cross-training for versatility in various roles within the department.
• Communicate effectively with team members to achieve production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in setting up and operating semi-automated machines preferred.
• Familiarity with microscope use and basic computer skills.
• Solid math skills and strong verbal/written communication abilities.
