Production Lead (Night Shift) – Manufacturing

As the key driver behind smooth operations, you’ll ensure production targets are met, quality standards stay high, and safety remains top priority—all while inspiring and developing your team.

Required Skills:

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing
• Solid understanding of quality control, including inspection and process control
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
• Ability to work the night shift and complete training on the 1st shift

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with plastic injection molding
• Previous experience coaching and developing team members

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training a plus
• Experience leading production teams in a fast-paced environment

Other Requirements:

• Availability for night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM; times may vary)
• Willingness to train on the 1st shift for about one month
