Your role will involve answering customer calls, accurately entering and processing customer orders, and resolving inquiries with a smile. With shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, this is your chance to contribute to a team that values dedication and quality.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Accurate data entry with great attention to detail
- Comfortable handling multiple phone calls professionally
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service or order processing
- Familiarity with customer service software and databases
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
