Job Title: Forklift Driver – Carpet & Flooring Sample Facility
Pay Rate: $15/hour
Shifts Available: 1st and 2nd Shift (8-hour shifts)

Job Summary:
We’re currently seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to join our team at a carpet and flooring sample production facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move, load, and organize materials within the warehouse. Candidates must provide a resume and will interview directly with our client prior to placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to move materials and finished goods

• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and product materials

• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts

• Supply production lines with necessary materials and remove completed pallets

• Inspect forklift and report any mechanical or safety issues immediately

• Keep warehouse areas organized and free of obstructions

• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications:

• Valid forklift certification or verifiable experience operating a forklift

• Resume required for client review

• Must complete an on-site interview with the client prior to assignment

• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and teamwork
