We are currently hiring Shipping Supervisor for Large flooring Manufacturer!
Job Title: Shipping floor Supervisor
Pay Rate: $21-$23
Schedule (Days and Time): 1st shift 6am-3pm
Job Duties/Responsibilities
General warehouse operations including shipping and inventory control
assigning daily work
Operate forklift or other material handling equipment when needed
Provides training, and direction, assigns responsibilities, and motivates all team members to
achieve department goals
Works with peers across departments, to ensure overall facility success,
Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Advanced knowledge of fulfillment and shipping orders
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Office and SAP is highly preferred
Conflict resolution
Effective communication
Leadership
Time management
Attention to detail
Proficient in multitasking
2-3 years as a lead in a warehouse or distribution center
2-3 years of operating a forklift
1-2 years operating in fulfillment or e-commerce
Background in the flooring industry is highly desirable
