We are currently hiring for Machine Operator  

Job Title: Production   Machine Operator  

Pay Rate: $18-$20.00

Schedule (Days and Time): 1^st shift 6am-3pm

Job Duties/Responsibilities
 

• Set up and operate a Holzma Machine .
• Ensure accuracy and precision in cutting, ripping, chopping, and trimming materials to meet required specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on saws to ensure operational efficiency and longevity.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Demonstrate leadership by assisting in the training of new saw operators
• Continuously strive to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality in saw operations.
• Maintain documentation of production activities and quality control measures.

• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting Holzma machinery.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in a production environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to perform routine maintenance on machinery.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Contribution to overall team productivity and efficiency.
