Inventory Clerk
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Schedule: First Shift (7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, or varies), Monday – Friday
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, organizing warehouse inventory, and assisting with delivery processing. Key Responsibilities:

• Count and verify store and warehouse inventory for official records.
• Maintain detailed logs of all products and supplies.
• Conduct regular comparisons between physical inventory and computerized records, reporting discrepancies to the warehouse manager.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and processing incoming inventory.
• Organize inventory efficiently within the warehouse, ensuring proper documentation in the inventory management system.
• File delivery and inventory receipts accurately.
• Utilize inventory software to track orders, supply levels, and stock movements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Operate equipment such as scissor lifts, including reaching up to 7 rack levels, to perform inventory counts safely and efficiently.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in inventory management, data entry, or related fields preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
• Strong mathematical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to operate inventory software efficiently.
• Capable of physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and performing bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• Experience operating equipment such as scissor lifts is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills and a professional, courteous demeanor.

• Must be able to lift and carry heavy items up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, and kneeling as part of daily tasks.
• Frequent warehouse labor, including loading and unloading deliveries.
